Regarded by many as the world authority on Indian food, Madhur Jaffrey makes a triumphant return with Curry Easy, her first cookbook in seven years with over 175 quick, simple and accessible recipes.  Whether you are cooking curry for the first time or have plenty of culinary experience and are looking for fast and easy ideas, in Curry Easy Madhur brings you all the tastes of India with the minimum of work.

Helping Madhur to disperse her bountiful knowledge will be journalist Alexandra Heminsley, for what promises to be a master-class on one of the most popular forms of Indian cooking.

Madhur will then answer questions from the audience and sign copies of her book Curry Easy which will be available to buy at the theatre at a specially reduced price.
